This is how I felt a few mths ago  . This is how I feel now  ,after putting "me" first. My health is 1st priority now and I thank God for the 4everyoung Min. and I pray for its growth. I pray that those who attend get what they need from it. My goal is to be healthier and live a well balanced life(all areas of my life). I thank God for the vision and those who are placed over it. Here's to a new year of hopping, jumping, praising, worshipping and meditating on Gods word for a great work in which He is doing and a new body....Bring it girls!!! Let the hurting begin and let the pounds fade away...
